SHIPPING POLICY
• Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $49.99 or less before taxes have a flat rate of $8.75
• Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $100 or more before taxes have free shipping additional fees depending on weight exceeding 7lb or more
• Orders shipping to an address out side the United States are offered UPS or FedEx as options at Envia shipping rate which are calculated at checkout on the total weight of product in your order
If you have place your order after business hours your order will be prepared the following day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Full refund and exchanges are offered for regular price merchandise within 14 days of purchase from retail location or within 14 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase for all returns or exchanges.
• Items must not be washed,worn or damaged
• All original tags must be attached
• You must present a valid receipt
Sales and discount items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order you are able to do so up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us directly at (929)-486-9081 So we can make these changes immediately. If your order ships and the changes have not been made please return the Items unused for a full refund. We provide real time tracking information on all our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date.Please wait 48 hours before contracting us at (929)486-9081 we will do our best to locate the package and extend your time frame for refund and exchange.Should your order arrive damaged. Please take photos and send them to us at qualityselectionshop@gmail.com we will send you a return label to ship the Items back to us and will send you a new order with brand new products immediately. Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrier we will ship a new order out immediately and offer a gift card for future purchase for the inconvenience.
